Provides consulting, coaching, and training to women and men who need effective career management assistance.

Small Business Development
Guides entrepreneurial women and men who want to start and grow their own businesses. Owners of new or existing businesses with strong business plans can apply for one or more loans ranging from $500 to $35,000. If you're interested in applying for a loan, we strongly suggest that you attend the workshop titled "Finance Your Business."

Financial Literacy
We believe that a strong foundation in the principles of financial literacy is necessary for business or career success.  We teach women the knowledge and skills to better manage their assets for economic stability and long-term prosperity.
