WomenVenture is a microlender that provides financing to qualified new and existing businesses. Loans range from $500 to $35,000, and we can also partner with a variety of lending institutions on larger projects.

If you're interested in applying for a loan, we recommend that you attend our class Business Ownership 101 to learn the elements of writing a winning loan application, along with other ways to finance your business.

After attending Business Ownership 101, ask for a loan application. Once you have completed all the required information, schedule a one-hour appointment with a WomenVenture business consultant who will review your materials; assess your business plan and financials, to make sure your application is complete and loan-worthy. Once you have completed all the requirements and your loan application is accepted, the review process takes six to eight weeks.

If needed, your consultant can also help to develop and refine your business plan and financial information. As part of our commitment to your success, WomenVenture provides ongoing technical assistance to our loan clients for the life of their loan.
