Talk over your business' legal concerns with an attorney. Whether it is lease negotiations, a contract review, discussing the pros and cons of forming an LLC, or understanding how to protect your brand or inventions, WomenVenture will match you with a licensed attorney-volunteer. These attorneys have agreed to donate one hour of free consultation time. You are obligated to fill out a questionnaire prior to the appointment and to pay WomenVenture a $85 fee for administration and facilities charges.

IMPORTANT NOTE: WomenVenture does not employ any attorney-volunteer and is not responsible for the legal advice provided. The attorney-volunteer commits no more than one-hour of consultation time, and absent written retainer on mutually agreeable terms, does not agree to provide any ongoing or follow-up consultation.

Fee: $85 per hour

Meet Roger Belfay
Roger Belfay, Attorney at Law, is available through the Lawyer's Corner service to meet with WomenVenture clients. "I like working with WomenVenture clients because they are serious about their undertakings. I provide legal consultation on Patent, Copyright, Trademark, contract, and business entity formation law. I am an attorney and to me, time is money. WomenVenture clients have the lowest no-show rate of any group I work with and exhibit an intensity which makes me feel that my effort is appreciated and will have positive results for these clients."
