Life Coaching

Life coaching is a designed partnership where you develop meaningful goals in all areas of your life and are held accountable for achieving them. Your coach will help you uncover and embrace your values, passions and goals, thus creating a foundation from which you can confidently make life decisions and gain motivation. Giving advice is not the goal; rather, techniques are used to help clients discover her or his own answers.

Coaching generally occurs on a weekly basis, and requires a three-month commitment. New coaching clients begin with an in-depth 90-minute intake session to gather information and clarify your goals.

Fees: $200; include 90-minute introductory assessment session and two additional sessions. $75 for each 60-minute session thereafter.
