Registration Policy
Register any time, but at least one week prior to the class date to ensure enrollment in the class.  Prepayment is required for all classes and services. Secure online registration is also available for credit/debit card participants. WomenVenture reserves the right to cancel classes that do not have minimal enrollment.

Class and Consultant Fees
Prepayment or arrangement to invoice is required for all WomenVenture classes and services; your registration can be secured with a check, credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted), or purchase order number. We cannot invoice private individuals. Local, state and federal purchase orders are accepted. If your company does not use purchase orders, we require an authorizing signature along with billing information.

Class Cancellations
If an individual cancels at least five (5) business days before a class begins, class fees can be applied to another service. If an individual cancels four (4) or fewer business days before a class or does not show up for the class, the fee is forfeited.

If WomenVenture cancels a class due to inclement weather, trainer availability or other reasons beyond our control, all registered participants will be enrolled in the next appropriate WomenVenture class or service date within a 90-day period.

Consulting Cancellations
If an individual cancels at least two (2) business days before their appointment, the fee can be applied to the next appointment or another service. If an individual cancels the day before or does not show up for the consultation, the fee is forfeited.

Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather, please call our office before 8:30 a.m. for day classes or after 3:00 p.m. for evening classes. Outside of normal business hours, select extension 299 for a recorded message of any class or service cancellations. During business hours, please call 651-646-3808 for more information.

Grievance Policy
