Tené Wells began her tenure as WomenVenture's president in August 1999. She provides strategic direction to the agency, oversees the agency's 25-member staff, and seeks partnerships and opportunities that help WomenVenture grow in its mission. Prior to joining WomenVenture, she served as executive director of the City of Minneapolis' Youth Coordinating Board and of the Minneapolis Way to Grow services. Her experience and understanding of community dynamics makes her an effective catalyst for forming effective partnerships with other organizations. She is an inspiring leader and an effective financial manager in an environment focused on empowering and strengthening families. Wells' corporate experience includes Honeywell and Medtronic.

Kathryn Bique, Vice President of Business Operations provides strategic direction for clients, resources, and staff along with identifying, pursuing, and developing funding strategies. She comes to WomenVenture after working as the Program Services Manager for Minnesota Diversified Industries. Kathy's broad range of skills and knowledge have provided her with experience managing programs, human resources, multiple budgets, and maintaining various state, local and federal relationships. She is highly regarded in the non-profit field and earned her Mini-MBA in non-profit management from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis Minnesota.

Kerry Goldstrand, Director of Information Technology and Operations has been on staff since November, 1994. Kerry provides leadership, manages the agency's facility, data and technical infrastructure, and is responsible for the efficient delivery of WomenVenture's services.

Ann Mays, Director of Volunteers, has been with WomenVenture for more than 21 years and currently serves as the liaison between WomenVenture and its 600 active volunteers. She is responsible for recruiting, training, assigning and recognizing volunteers across the agency, as well as promoting WomenVenture's volunteer program in the community. In her role, Ann maximizes the use of highly qualified volunteers in all areas of WomenVenture's operations in order to increase the agency's capacity to serve its clients.

Anne Rodenberg, Director of Communications & Client Relations, started at WomenVenture in 1996 as a volunteer and moved into her current position in January 2003. Anne is responsible for the consistent branding and public image of WomenVenture, and manages the agency's media relations, publications, advertising, web content, and communication planning.

WomenVenture's 23-member Board of Directors brings economic development and business expertise from many Twin Cities industries, complementing the skills and knowledge of the agency's staff. WomenVenture's volunteer program, The Exchange, utilizes more than 300 volunteers who support the agency's work. WomenVenture also receives support from its 17-member Advisory Board, whose members have vast and varied business and human services experience.
