Biography

Jeff Andrews is an entrepreneurial sales and marketing road warrior with over 20 years of business experience known for bringing a strategic approach to business and sales challenges faced internally and with outside clients. He is well versed in providing new market development leadership and aggressively identifying opportunities, developing a focus, and providing tactical business solutions. 

Jeff most recently held roles with Bright Horizons and First Children’s Finance focused on driving profitability and sustainability for early childhood organizations in Minnesota and around the United States. This work also included facilitating community conversations around development of new child care options to meet the diverse needs of today’s family in Minnesota.

Prior to joining First Children’s Finance, Jeff was a Director of Business Development at Rasmussen College where he led launch of national education partnerships with child care providers and supporting organizations such as MNAEYC, and regional Head Start programs.  Throughout his career, he has worked in various roles in business management and was a former small business owner himself. 

A former WomenVenture consulting volunteer, he enjoys his free time with wife Tricia, and his 12-year old daughter, Madison. Together they enjoy the summers of Minnesota spending time outdoors and camping.  Andrews is a Minnesota native and received his Degree in Business Management from Bethel College.
