Biography

Kristine grew up in the heart of South Minneapolis and her entrepreneurial spirit became evident when she set up her first neighborhood lemonade stand at the age of five. Since then she has had several different businesses and careers, all revolving around meeting other’s needs; her personal mission in life is to provide tools and resources to help people become more successful. 

After completing her Bachelor’s in Business Management, Kristine moved to Oregon where she lived out a dream of being a wilderness therapist for at-risk youth and living near mountains, and then went on to work as a Program Manager for a nonprofit that provided leadership and economic development training programs around the Pacific Northwest. During her time away she received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in IT Management. She has returned to Minneapolis and joined WomenVenture with a desire to contribute her experience and skill in project management and training and facilitation with an interest in incorporating and leveraging technology to help create and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

In her free time you will normally find her volunteering her time to help others in some capacity or another, out on an adventure with her fur baby, Buddy, reading a good book, working on a house project, or spending time with friends and family over a good meal or physical activity. She loves to travel and is an avid roadtripper.
