Biography

Talia is an educator, coach, and advocate with a 20-year background in Mortgage Lending and Operations; including documentation analysis, regulatory compliance, pipeline management, origination, processing, underwriting, closing, funding, disbursement, and deficiency correction to minimize monetary penalty and loss by ensuring loan salability for GSE and investor products of conventional, government and community DPA programs.  With a track record of closing timely, accurate, and compliant loans; she has driven millions of dollars in transactions to and beyond closing for purchase and refinance. 

Talia transitioned from corporate mortgage banking to non-profit service focusing on underserved communities.  She’s a legacy, financial empowerment, and stability enthusiast. She has co-facilitated financial literacy courses and served as a HUD counselor and financial wellness coach. Talia continues independent passionate service as a financial coach and realtor giving Purchase Preparation guidance and support in identifying goals, obstacles, and action plans for ownership achievement.

As an avid supporter of innovation and building legacies, she promotes hard work and perseverance. Talia serves on the lending team as a Loan Officer with genuine heart and support for the programs and access offered at WomenVenture for business development, growth, training, funding resources, and networking opportunities.
