Biography

Jane Zilchhad a 28-year career in the financial services, both in management (Wells Fargo, Thrivent) and as a consultant to industry players (PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM), where shespecialized in managing strategic programs and developing new businesses. Since retiring from corporate America, Jane hasbeen doing three things, all focused on women entrepreneurs:
1) Managing WomenVenture’s training programs for established businesses (Accelerating Success and Scale Up!) and delivering the financial management portions of each of those programs.
2) Facilitating Circles for The BWC (including the ongoing Circles that are formed with the participants in the WomenVenture programs).
3) Consulting to women-owned small businesses.

She is also active in the theater community in the Twin Cities -A Treasurer of the Board of Theater Latte Da as well as appearing on stage, and volunteering as a grant review panel member for the Minnesota State Arts Board. She is an avid reader (3 book clubs!), a puzzle freak, and crazy about her little dog Guthrie.
