Small Business Essentials: June 2023

Small Business Essentials is an in-depth course designed with serious entrepreneurs in mind. It is a multi-session series that covers all of the critical components of creating and fine-tuning a business plan.
Small Business Essentials is intended to teach folks the realities and rigor of small business ownership; their role as a small business owner; and small business operations. The course will cover the essentials of small business planning and help lay the foundation for your business success. Participants will:
- Learn how to do market research
- Learn how to write a robust business plan
- Develop the skills to create financial projections
- Understand how to price their service or products and position their business in the market
- Complete the course with a written business plan that can be used to secure funding, map out growth and expansion, and understand what it will take to get the business off the ground
