WomenVenture Announces New Chief Program & Client Experience Officer

SAINT PAUL, MN – WomenVenture is pleased to announce that Emily Conroy has joined our leadership team as Chief Program & Client Experience Officer.

“Joining WomenVenture will allow me the opportunity to continue my professional mission to support women and small business owners and provide them with the resources they need to succeed,” said Conroy.

Emily has spent the past 15 years crafting and implementing comprehensive and strategic approaches, with DEI tools that facilitate large-scale, collaborative multi-stakeholder support from foundations, corporations, governments, and NGOs to innovate community initiatives.

Before joining WomenVenture, Conroy served as CEO of World Encounter, a non-government organization that provides microloans, business coaching, and support to women living in Tanzania, Africa. She has demonstrated experience in transforming organizations, programs, and services that are purpose-driven while economically impactful.
