Biography
Ali earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Augsburg University and is currently pursuing a master’s in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. He is experienced in project management, technical assistance, and grant administration, loves to learn, and is committed to advocating for social justice, equality, and diversity.
Before joining WomenVenture Ali worked in both the private and non-profit sectors where he worked in IT, and administered grants & programs while ensuring compliance with contract requirements, work plans, and budgets. He was also the co-founder of a DHS-licensed home and community-based service provider agency where he built partnerships with health insurance and community agencies. He also serves on the board of directors at Peoples Center Clinics & Services.
In his free time, Ali can be found traveling abroad, he enjoys archery and loves to do outside activities!
