For 25 years as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), WomenVenture’s work has been rooted in a simple belief: when women have access to capital, communities thrive.
This year, we gather to celebrate that legacy – and the extraordinary women entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers who continue to shape our economies, neighborhoods, and futures.
We gather to give women their flowers – honoring the vision, resilience, courage, and leadership behind every business, breakthrough, and bold step forward.
We also celebrate the evolution of capital itself: from transactional to transformational, from exclusion to access, from scarcity to community investment.

As you get ready for the evening, we encourage guests to wear cocktail attire-and if you’d like to join in the spirit of the night, please wear blue! Blue is WomenVenture’s signature color, symbolizing strength, possibility, and unity. We’d love to fill the room with a sea of blue to celebrate our mission and the power of women entrepreneurs.
