Position: Loan OfficerSupervisor: Director of Lending
Department: LendingSalary Range: $65,000-$73,000 per year
FLSA Status: Permanent, Full Time ExemptLocation: Hybrid candidates must be based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area

Position Summary:
The Loan Officer supports WomenVenture’s mission by providing exceptional relationship-based lending services to entrepreneurs and small business owners. This position is responsible for underwriting and closing business loans while delivering high-quality client experience. The Loan Officer works collaboratively across departments to ensure clients receive the capital, technical assistance, and resources needed to build profitable and sustainable businesses. The position requires strong financial analysis skills, excellent relationship management abilities, and a commitment to equitable access to capital for underserved entrepreneurs.

Position: Lending Specialist
Supervisor: Lending Compliance Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time, ExemptLocation: Hybrid, Saint Paul, MN *Must be in Twin Cities area*
Department: LendingSalary:  $55,000 – $63,000 per year

Position Summary:

The Lending Specialist (LS) supports WomenVenture’s lending operations across the full loan lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance from initial inquiry through post close transition. The LS manages applicant intake, pipeline tracking, documentation control, underwriting support, loan closing coordination, and collateral perfection. The LS provides reporting, data insights, and process improvement recommendations to strengthen efficiency and reduce risk. This position does not originate loans but serves as a key operational and compliance hub for the lending function.

Working cross functionally with the Finance department, the LS ensures smooth operational handoffs, supports modifications and servicing needs, and contributes to a strong, client focused lending experience.

Position: Advancement Director

Department: AdvancementSalary:  $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Position Summary:

The Advancement Director supports WomenVenture’s mission by leading strategies that build meaningful relationships, strengthen philanthropic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This individual plays a key role in advancing fundraising, grant strategy, community engagement, communications, marketing, and external visibility efforts.

This is a frontline fundraising position responsible for developing and implementing donor engagement strategies across all giving levels, with a strong emphasis on growing WV’s individual giving program through increased donor acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. The Advancement Director will cultivate and steward relationships with donors and funders while helping shape long-term advancement strategy in partnership with the Chief Advancement Officer and organizational leadership.

This role also provides direct supervision and leadership to the Grants Writer and Data & Reporting Specialist.
