Are you working in a particular field (banking, IT, HR, for example) and have skills that you’d like to use to support women entrepreneurs? Would you like to mentor entrepreneurs one on one through a course?
WomenVenture relies on the expertise of volunteers to help our clients along their entrepreneurial journey. We are seeking a diverse pool of volunteers from all backgrounds. Volunteers support WomenVenture’s training program as advisors and mentors in the following areas of expertise: accounting, business and employment law, finance, human resources, insurance, marketing, sales, operations, and other business topics.
Training Volunteers
Mentor: Volunteer mentors support participants in WomenVenture’s Launched & Growing course, motivating participants in their early-stages of entrepreneurship with operating businesses. Mentors meet with participants once per month for six months following graduation. WomenVenture is actively seeking volunteers who identify as BIPOC or LGBTQ+ so we have a diverse pool of talent when pairing participants and volunteers. LEARN MORE
