Why do I need a business plan?
A business plan will guide you in all aspects of your business. The work you do on your business plan will allow you to fully understand the objectives, direction, and financial aspects of your business. How much money your business needs to make to cover expenses and make a profit, how market trends could affect your business, and what sort of financing you will need to launch – all of these topics and more are discussed in a business plan. In addition, if you wish to get a loan for your business, either from a bank or from WomenVenture, you will need to have a completed business plan to be considered.
