Biography
Addie studied finance and management with concentrations in leadership and entrepreneurship for her undergraduate degree and went on to earn her MBA with a focus on global, social, and sustainable enterprise from Colorado State University. Her passion lies in making an impact and creating meaningful change in her community.
Addie started her service at WomenVenture as a volunteer mentor and soon fell in love with the mission and work of the organization. She also serves as Vice President of the Bryn Mawr Neighborhood Association, is an active member of the Minneapolis City of Lakes Rotary Club, and volunteers with Twin Cities Society of Human Resource Management.
Addie is responsible for the oversight of WomenVenture’s human resources, integrated technology, facilities management, and cultivating the organization’s culture. Her goal is to advance the organization’s technology and culture to help WomenVenture’s mission of empowering entrepreneurs while continuing to make WomenVenture an employer of choice.
Outside of work, Addie enjoys spending time outside foraging, snowboarding, camping, and hiking. She also enjoys pottery, reading, and cheering on her husband’s band at local dive bars.
