Biography
Addie began her journey with WomenVenture as a volunteer mentor, quickly falling in love with the organization’s mission to empower entrepreneurs.
In her role, Addie oversees human resources, integrated technology, facilities management, and organizational culture. She is passionate about advancing WomenVenture’s internal systems and cultivating a workplace culture that supports innovation, inclusion, and well-being.
Addie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in finance, innovation, and organizational management, and earned her MBA from Colorado State University with a specialization in Sustainable Enterprise.
Prior to her current role, Addie held positions in operations, business analysis, and production management, gaining experience in clean energy, small business lending, and startup growth. She is certified in human resources, leadership, data analytics, CRM systems, and is a qualified IDI administrator.
Outside of work, Addie serves as Vice President of the Bryn Mawr Neighborhood Association and volunteers with the Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management. Addie enjoys spending time outdoors foraging, snowboarding, camping, and hiking. She’s also an avid reader, potter, and enthusiastic supporter of her husband’s band at local venues.
