Biography
Latrina Caldwell is a dedicated Lending Specialist at WomenVenture, guiding clients through the loan process from inquiry to closing. With over 15 years of expertise in financial empowerment, human resources, and client advocacy, Latrina is committed to fostering community economic development and empowering women entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds.
Her career has been devoted to enhancing community well-being, with roles including Supervisor, Case Manager, and Executive Director in the nonprofit and government sectors. Latrina holds a degree in Human Services and is currently pursuing a degree in Social Work at Metro State University. Her extensive professional experience and education equip her to navigate the complexities of lending and deliver exceptional service to WomenVenture’s clients.
Outside of work, Latrina is an author of self-help books and a public speaker, passionate about inspiring and empowering others. She actively engages in community service, mentors young professionals, and cherishes quality time with her family. Residing in Brooklyn Park, Latrina is an active and influential member of her local community.
