Biography
Leah joined WomenVenture in 2024 as the Intake and Client Experience Specialist. She holds a degree in Social Work and Spanish from Concordia College and has worked in the non-profit sector for most of her career. Prior to joining the WomenVenture team, Leah worked as a social worker and parent advocate, leading groups and training for families and youth in the Twin Cities. Throughout her career, Leah has been focused on providing client-centered services and empowering individuals to meet their goals.
Outside of work, Leah teaches inclusive, body positive dance fitness classes and has a passion for creating fitness that is fun and welcoming. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and dogs, traveling, eating good food, camping, and reading.
