A Twin Cities entrepreneur and former corporate executive and non-profit leader with a knack for strategic development, community building, and collaboration, Rosemarie Ndupuechi has a keen eye for the big picture and a talent for tactical execution. Rosemarie employs her expertise and strong work ethic in service to business owners in the Twin Cities, greater Minnesota, and neighboring states. She has a particular passion for collaborating with women and leaders from diverse racial, ethnic, generational, and socioeconomic backgrounds that she brings to her work as WomenVenture’s Chief Advancement and Marketing Officer.
An inclusive leader known for her positive attitude and dedication to excellence, Rosemarie is adept at bringing people together to uncover new opportunities. She values collaboration and relationship building across all levels of leadership and diverse backgrounds. Her work with clients and her mentorship of start-up business owners has made Rosemarie sensitive to the needs of Twin Cities business leaders. Her clients and mentees appreciate her solutions-focused approach.
After a successful corporate career at Cargill and Land O’Lakes, Rosemarie founded 3E Productions in 2014. The event planning company serves corporate and non-profit clients in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. In 2017, she and two other women business leaders were awarded a three-year contract to design, develop, and manage a leadership development cohort program for leaders in North Dakota and South Dakota. Based on the outcome of the program, the contract has been renewed through 2024. The goal of the Change Network program is to give leaders the tools and instill in them the skills to make systemic change around diversity, equity, and inclusion in their communities. Rosemarie has coached small business leaders as a Chapter Success Coach for BNI MN & Northern WI since September 2020. In June 2022, Rosemarie joined the WomenVenture executive team as the organization’s Chief Advancement and Marketing Officer.
Rosemarie has served on the board of WomenVenture since September 2019. Rosemarie earned her Master of Business Communications degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2002. She was a fellow in the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellows Program at the University of Minnesota in 1998 and completed her undergraduate degree in communications at the University of Pennsylvania.
Rosemarie enjoys gardening, fishing, archery, playing tennis, and cheering on her favorite teams, the Golden State Warriors, and the Kansas City Chiefs. She lives in Eagan with her husband, Paul, and two rescue dogs, Caesar, and Loki. She welcomes any and all opportunities to practice her French, Italian, and Spanish.
