Biography
Shannon brings over 25 years of experience spanning fundraising, nonprofit management, and strategic marketing and communications. She has served in executive and senior leadership roles across a wide range of mission-driven institutions — including Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, Ridgeview Foundation, the Minnesota Zoo Foundation, and the YMCA. Shannon holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Augsburg University, grounding her leadership in a deep commitment to equity, human connection, and lasting impact.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys yoga, travel, and time with her close-knit circle of family and friends. At home, her Great Dane named Charlie keeps things lively. Above all, Shannon’s greatest pride is her daughter, Lauren, a passionate and dedicated midwife at the Minnesota Birth Center.
