This four-session course is designed to help small business owners plan for the year ahead by creating a goal-driven, actionable strategic plan. From marketing to finance, we’ll help you get closer to your definition of business success through cohort-based discussion and targeted insights from industry experts, all centered around your goals and business needs.

  2. Use SWOT analysis to identify key areas for growth and improvement.
  3. Build a budget and cash flow plan to support your top goals.
  4. Create a focused marketing strategy that reaches your ideal customers.
  5. Set clear quarterly priorities and track progress.
  6. Build systems for accountability and course correction.
