Designed to jump-start experienced women business owners who want to achieve exponential growth and create new jobs with average pay well above minimum wage, Scale Up! is an education and coaching program offered by WomenVenture, with the support of the MN Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).

The program has four major pillars:

  1. Implementing a system for structuring and managing your business (using the Executive Management System from BWC) to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  2. Mastering financial efficiency, utilizing the Profit Mastery™ approach to financial analysis and decision-making

  3. Leadership development, based in the KolbeA™ profile to leverage your instinctive strengths and understand your team’s dynamics

  4. Creating a community of support with a robust, 12-month peer-coaching experience with BWC; clients have the option of continuing with the circle into the future.

  • Implement Executive Management System and Profit Mastery financial disciplines to drive out inefficiency and create a solid foundation for growth

From the start of the interview process, I could tell the instructors meant business,” says Bonnie. “They were fierce, but in a complimentary way! ScaleUp! is really well done. No matter what type of business you have—and there is quite a range—everyone benefits regardless."
